ASTRA S.A. implements a project co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Measure 1.2 Internationalization of SMEs in the Eastern Poland Operational Program 2014-2020.

Project title: "Implementation of the Business Model Internationalization of ASTRA S.A. in the sale of school and office supplies on selected foreign markets. "

Project goals: "Increasing the economic activity of ASTRA S.A. on international markets through the development of a cooperation network, active search for partners and implementation of a business model in order to introduce high-quality school and office supplies to defined foreign markets."

Planned effects: The project provides for activities related to the implementation into business practice developed for the needs of ASTRA S.A. Internationalization Business Model, including:

1. Preparation of products selected for internationalization to the needs of the target market, under the product brands ZENITH, DR COSMIC
2. Search, selection, establishing contacts with foreign partners - Germany, Russia, Italy, Great Britain, Spain
3. Preparation of a detailed promotional campaign plan, design of advertising and promotional materials, websites and internet applications for the promotion of products on the German-speaking market - Germany, Russia, Italy, Great Britain, Spain
4. Creating service regulations, product guarantees and other documents necessary to launch the product on the market - Germany, Russia, Italy, Great Britain, Spain
5. Participation in the fair - Germany, Russia, Italy, United Kingdom
6. Advice on preparing an enterprise for software implementation, necessary to automate communication processes with business partners - Germany, Russia, Italy, Great Britain, Spain.
